The Central Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee has completed investigation into the case against Zeynap Suyunova. She is charged with crimes under part 2 of article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (banditry), part 3 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 205 (attempted act of terrorism), part 3 of article 222 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition, explosives, and explosive devices committed by an organized group) and part 3 of article 223 (illegal manufacture of explosives committed by an organized group).

The Russian Investigative Committee strongly disagrees with the US verdict which freed the Cravers who have murdered the Russian 7-year-old citizen Vanya Skorobogatov. The Committee intends to seek punishment adequate to the crime committed.
